Hi all, enjoying Starhawk so far? I must admit i've had good and bad games, a lot of one sided ones unfortunately, but overal I'm enjoying it. Give it some time for people to get the hang of it and you will find the games get better.

I have a question. I read you can spawn on a squad leader. But...

how do you get in a squad? and

Can you spawn on a squad leader?

If someone can help that would be great, thanks.

When you unlock the skill, you become a spawn beacon.

Get the most XP on your team unlocks Squad Leader....

Though its a rare player that has it as his skill as it means he sacrifices other skills/perks to be a team player....

If you have it you have to really have a mic to tell ppl your at the enemy base & to spawn on you then its a case will the others listen..

^ Have this skill, used it once, no one spawned on me the entire game, rift affinity is better tbh.

You can easily get the required bars for a spawn beacon and a mini base in no time.

I find it especially usefull on that map with the floating islands and all the bridges.

I usually set up an oupost on one of the islands and snipe ox tank drivers for easy rift energy, once I have a  a hawk station, some anti air and a bunker set up I jump off and make an ox station.

It really confuses people sometimes because they destroy the stuff I have on the ground but wonder  how I keep getting back there to set it up again so quick  the outpost itself is floating well above so they usually never find it.

Would be nice if there was some way to make it more obvious that alternative spawn locations are available.
