Hi there,
I bought the retail version of Starhawk today, but the code for the Special Edition goodies does not work. This is straight out of the box, untouched by anybody else.
Has anybody else had this problem?
Sony, what do you recommend I do so I can redeem the extra content I have paid for?

Hey there black7spades,
The most likely reason it doesn't work, (given that the game was only released today) is that the game was only released today - and the codes haven't been activated yet.
More often these days, all codes will be given a global date / time to when they will be activated - so as to not disadvantage any particular region.
If you have an Australian / New Zealand account, ensure that the disc ID on your disc is appropriate for our region.
It should be BCES-xxxxx or BLES-xxxxx
If you're still not sure, call your local PlayStation Support Centre (number found in back of game manual) and they will be able to confirm the status of that particular code for you, and whether it's been used or not, and if it's been activated for use yet.
