Yea I agree Darth I don't think the decision was from Yaster or Wretched Hawk, as these guys are only the community mods guess there where higher powers at work that put the hammer down without getting all the facts..

I don't think all the info was passed over to the community heads I suspect that they were only told we used illegal players and not told it was allowed by ps-mods before match , but after reading DJ tweet we can hope this gets sorted out , I hope the ps-mods don't try and hide until match time will be very low if they do , the ost team got action strait away but us the MWH$ team get ignored and sent abuse by the ost team member yoda64 and that gets ignored as well. this is the second time we have been screwed over by ps forum , we won the warhawk world cup and never received anything for winning from the ps forum , i wont be doing any more tournaments for the ps forum again.

Can't comment on mcuh of what you guys have said/asked. Mainly because I have no idea & thats because beyond being asked to host a match or two of Starhawk I've not played the game, know zip about it and don't know anything about this tournament - that cannot be helped for me I am afraid as at the mo I have all my own stuff to get on with and run and on a daily basis I am currently doing three peoples work at once.

Still, its always nice to be compared to a chocolate teacup. I do like chocolate. I also like teacups. But  which one would win in a fight?

FYI - the forum moderation and running games events/comps etc is only about 1% of our job, just mentioning this it does seem some folk assume all we do is the forum stuff and events. Its nothing like that sadly.

As I said before if something went wrong at your company, a computer glitch say, I wouldn't take it out on a single person i.e. yourselves as obviously it may be nothing to do with you! So big props to those of you that didn't go with the crowd and actually took it on the chin and didn't resort to immature name calling & all that jazz.

I don't have any more answers for you about anything else. I'll be hosting a match later is all I know and I'll be setting that up as per what I have written down and if the ps3 freezes or anything goes wrong then no I didn't do it on purpose and no it wasn't my fault and no I am not directly plugged into the internet as I'm not a cyborg created by Sony as some kind of mad expirement!

We posted the team list yesterday within the confirmed time scale Hawk, Look forward to seeing you later WRETCHED! Hahaha, Don't take it to heart the boys at MWHS are really peed off that they got disqualified, it sort of stems from us having to play mid week when we were told Saturdays only. We chose our team from people who could play on Saturdays and when we played the Wednesday game we had to use some players who were not on the forum roster, I did ask you at the time if it was ok to do this, as you remember I had my darthnick account banned and could only play on SURREAL_KILLA, and 1 other guy on our team was a MWHS member but not on the forum list. This set a precedent, and the next match we were asked to play mid week (with 30 mins notice) we fielded some other players, again because our Saturday players were working. We actually managed to beat OST, even with a sub standard team and reach the final, but then the OST Clan complained to their French Mods and somehow we got disqualified from the final but still hope to win the 3rd place that the MODs kindly allowed us to play for despite being disqualified. Message me on darthnick later when you have the server name and the password confirmed. Many thanks again for your help WRETCHED and look forward to winning today in your lucky server. Don't forget to go to score screeen during TDM so you don't give away kills :-) See u later.

i remember that. But so are we lol. If you volunteer for a position that affects several people's time, jobs and gaming experience I expect you to know that it's important... not just 'OH my posts have a blue border now!' :-P But anyway thanks for some hosting and we will be going outside of the tournament with F-C to decide the real European champion. Good luck Wretch. Maybe when a tournament is ran again it should be ran by people who have played the game. No offence, just helpful advice.
