Re: ~The Trophy Q&A Thread~

Hi folks, just a quick question. I'm really interested in getting this game as it would do wonders for my trophy collection :smileyvery-happy: However I noticed a few add-on packs on the PSN, will I need to purchase these add-ons to unlock certain trophies or do they have their own?

I think you will find warhawk an amazing game regardless of trophies so it is well worth getting. Hard at first but fun.

There are some trophies that are only available with the extra maps so if you want these you will have to buy the addons. You should anyway:smileyhappy:

Just a word of warning though, this is not an easy game to get tropies in. Sure, some are easy but others require hours upon hours of gameplay.

Buy it and play for fun, trophies can be a nice little bonus. Also, stick around here, it will help alot

When he says hour he means hours.

I've played 735 hours (ranked) and i'm still 75,000 points from reaching General (gold trophy) plus i'm nowhere near getting "warhawk" grade level on some of the badges (ie - sniper rifle/pistol/cluster bomb/LG) etc

Re: ~The Trophy Q&A Thread~

Thanks for the quick replies guys. Have seen some footage of the game and it looks really good plus it seems that the game has a very healthy community on here. I just headed into town to pick up a copy but alas, no-one stocks it (always prefer to have my games on disc since I only have baby PS3). Gonna try Ebay, failing that I guess I'll have to DL.

Can you not get the game and all the add-ons for £27.99 on the store? Which is pretty good :smileyvery-happy: I had a lot of bother with the headset that came with the blu-ray version of the game, so I would avoid buying that if it'll cost £40 for game and headset.

tbh, you won't have any problems with downloading it. If you accidently deleted it, it is easy enough to download again. I don't think it takes up too much space.

It's done! And may I say, WHAT A GAME !!! Takes me back to the old UT2004. Only had half an hour or so online as I made sure I did al the training missions first but so far so good. Was very impressed with the number of servers available even if most were locked but managed to get in a rookie server and things were fun if a little mad :smileyvery-happy: Thanks again for your help and my apologies for going a little off-topic.

Re: ~The Trophy Q&A Thread~

Thats great to hear! :smileyvery-happy:

Stick around the forums if you can. I get a lot more enjoyment out of games with forumers and my clan instead of randoms. If your enthusiasm remains afer seeing the respawn screen hundreds of times, you should join a clan :smileyhappy: A lot of the clans here recruit noobs :smileyhappy:

Re: ~The Trophy Q&A Thread~

I got the Dead eye trophy on my friends account by sniping a plane (which was flying around, not hovering :smileyvery-happy:) when I became the hero

Here's a very artistic diagram. (I was in the middle base)
