One of my main reasons to buy the game was if the game had online competitive split screen, but as it only has co op split screen maybe I will not buy this game.

LBI always said that there is online competitive splitscreen... but it is only for 2 players.

In their official site they only say that there is 2 player split screen in co op mode.

They do not talk about split scree in competitive multiplayer, only in co-op mode.

Just because it's not mentioned there doesn't mean it's not going to be in the game. There's hundreds of other features that aren't listed on that page that we know exist.

Pretty sure Dylan states that you could logging into your own account and play on someone else's console. Trophies won't record over to your own PS3 (account) but your stats IN GAME will.
