I'm assumin you will still be able to play online and you won't be able to acess store as usual? if thats the case this could still happen at 8.30 as was suggested earlier.

I think if you were sighned in before 4 pm you would stay sighned in and can still acess servers, however if you wernt you will not be able to sighn in now, i cant sign in at the moment.
