It did'nt in the Beta its only in the final game that they put it in

Which is a shame as I though we had finaly got a rifle that was'nt the all killing weapon of the battlefield

Though someone did say that they were going to deal with the problem.

But as long as the tank is so powerful its a good tool to engage them at distance with...

Ok its a Rail gun it still does'nt detract from the fact it did'nt kill tanks in the Beta...

However - in TKA these were a lifesaver. Getting beared down on by 4 tanks is impossible to escape when there are no hawks on the field and you're stuck in yer base!

Solution? Build a bubble shield and a sniper tower. Soon sorted 'em out

You can kill tanks with a sniper rifle?

I shot one 6 times the other night and didnt seem to do anything. When it hit I got a white cross confirming the hit, not a red one which I assume does damage.

I'll have to try again tonight.

But will they do something about the tank at the same time!?

Its all well & good nerfing the sniper rifle!!!

I'd for one would be happy with a sniper rifle that was just that for sniping foot soldiers & crew of open vehicles.....

But when the tank is so d##m powerful & can sit off at such distances & shell the base with near impunity then dont nerf it yet!!!

The rocket launcher is ineffective at the long distance that some of these cowards like to shoot from you fire one round it hits fire a second from the same position without moving & it misses!!!!

It's a super powerful rail gun, why shouldn't it damage a tank?

A real life sniper rifle can penetrate thick armour so why shouldn't a futuristic rifle be able to penetrate what looks like a construction vehicle with cannons on top?
