I suggest a port of the SDK to Mac OSX. There are many good reasons to do so, one is of course it might attrach iOS Developers to port their games and allow them to avoid things like VMWare. Another good reason is that OSX is a majorly successful plattform among professionals these days and should be supported.
Xamarin is already providing great SDKs based on Mono like MonoTouch and MonoAndorid, all based around MonoDevelop. There shouldn't be that much of a problem to make a OSX fork now or at least close after the beta ends.
