End-user tool for transferring files between PC and devices

Currently, the /Documents folder is writable only from our apps.  If we were to make, for example, an eReader app, there's no way for users to get their books onto the devices (Vita especially) without having to download them.  Requiring users to set up mini web servers in order to move their own files around seems a bit much, so I'd like a tool to do this.  Please either include PS Suite app's /Document folders with Media Go for USB transfer and/or a wifi network file manager.

 

If a wifi file manager that works with network shared folders is currently possible with the tools we have, it would be better if there was a pre-built tool for a robust, consistent user experience across PS Suite apps.  Still, I feel a USB side-loading tool is probably preferred.
