Provide: A full featured HTML widget with JS and CSS2/3 support.

 

Usage: Embedding (D)HTML into an application without executing the external browser. RTF ist just not sufficient. The widget should provide a full blown WebKit context.

Provide: Interfaces to the WebKit components like WebCore and JavaScriptCore for having access to the HTML Rendering and Layout Engine.

 

Usage: This enables programmers to write their own HTML widgets, use the rendering/layout context and combine it with the output targets mentioned earlier.
