Possible Port Error?

What does this mean:  Possible Port Error - Try opening ports , TCP port: 80, 443, 5223 and UDP port: 3478, 3479, 3658. or add Ps3 to DMZ?

It means you either have to enable UPnP on your router, or open some ports in the firewall on your router, or put your PS3 in the DMZ of your router. If you need assistance with this, then we will need to know the make and model of your router so we can look up the manual online and advise you further.
