i cant get my creditcard to work keep, getting the error code 80023102.
so now i cant buy anything form PSN.
but in this tread it is said to be fixed

I have registred my Latvian CCard and get error 80023102, so i thought it might be problem, cause my ssystem registered in Russia, cause my country aint listed so i made Virtual card and today i get same error... Sony you already 5 years or more with PS3 and after a year planing to realease PS4 and you've got such errors, ppl, cant register their own location Latvia, Lithuania, Estonia and ppl can't normaly buy things from Store *****?????? are you all born yesterday?
this is second baddest atitude to customers i've been into!
i didn't even talking about that, when was hacked PS accs, ppl get for this games, which i am afraid to talk about... their so uncool, maybe infamous was 1 of them all on which i spent i little time! and burnout is for some 2-3hrs! evrything else! damn, i better bought Sonic 1 for 100$ then got those games, and FIX the problem already... PS3 - working bad, after 3 years it have Yellow light problem, wich must be fixed every 3mounth, PS Store problem......... and when i was posted problems about thbat i can't registre CCard on PS sstore on Playstation forum, my topics was banned! WHAT THE f*&$@ attitude????

I apologize if this has been answered previously, but some funky stuff has been happening to my Playstation Store account. Apologies for the long mail, but i figured if it is an issue, the more details the better.
Yesterday, I tried to purchase some things on the PStore. When I went to add funds to the wallet, I received a 'you need to fill your card details in' message, which is kind of odd, I checked my account both through the PS3 and directly on my PC. Everything there present and correct.
So I tried again. This time I got 'cannot add funds to your wallet'. I gave it an hour and tried again. This time it wouldn't even let me into the wallet section and displayed an 'error has occurred (800231102)' message. I figured there might be things on the PStore side of things and left it for a few hours more. When I tried again, i was unable to open the store at all with the message 'Unable to open Playstation Store' (or something along those lines).
24 hours later, I tried again, the store was working again. But i'm still getting 'Cannot add funds to your wallet'. I called my CC provider and they told me nothing is wrong their end and everything should be fine, no blocks etc.
Any update on this?
EDIT: 27/04/2012 - Tried one final time - looks like it is now switching between 'Cannot add funds' and the error code message.

Okay, so I tried again. This time I'm receiving a 'The Credit Card information you entered is not correct'. I called my CC company again, they confirmed the details I entered are the same i have registered with them.
I then asked them directly about any Sony transactions that i've tried to make and was informed that everything is correct on my CC account end, I have more than enough funds and there are no blocks on this type of transaction. They clarified that i'm completing the transaction successfully, but PSNetwork is pulling it back instantly and automatically for some reason.
I dug around and unless i'm being completely blind there is no way to actually speak to someone from support on this site directly - either over the phone or through a ticket. I think this may be the only way to fix it. Does anyone have any pointers on how to contact a human being in their customer support?
