Reviced message from email@example.com ... ps3 support for scandinavia and they tell me to check my creditcard info and make sure its correct.
I have checked it and also checked with my creditcard company since I recently moved my address have changed. I made sure the data was updated and waited over night to try again to top up my wallet, but I still get the same error ....
In the support e-mail I also get told I should instead buy the PSN money from a gamestore and top up with the codes they give you.
I did that and it worked so I wont be monetoring this thread anymore.
Not to happy about the solution, but atleast now we can get some new singstar content and buzz quiz going.

I cant use the £20 psn top up card i bought.... why not? I keep getting that stupid error code *****!!! Am i stuck with a psn card i cant use now? I demand answers

I had the same problem and nobody from PSN cared! it's seems like they don't give a ***** about that...

I have this problem too. It's weird I added $ from creditcard before and everything work good, why sony doesnt want our money?

I turned on my ps3 around a week ago and after a long duration of downtime. i had to update it to use psn, so I did and entered my new card info. After which I cant make any purchase on psn. I can see all my past downloads. They even charged my card the tiny amount ( 10 cents i think) and credited it back. So that must mean my card is working fine. It hows up on my online banking info and all. Nope as soon as i click confirm purchase i get the error 80023102 message. when the hell are Sony going to sort this out????!?
