I've been getting the 80023102 error code every time I wanted to buy something from the PS store for months. I tried buying and downloading a bowlinggame for my kids birthday but it gives me the error message every time. My son had his birthday late november 2011 and I've tried a handful of times since then to download it but to no avail.
Can someone please xplain to me what is wrong? What is a 80023102 error? And why have I been having it for so long? Is there something I can do about it or do I just have to wait till some bug is fixed?
Im getting really frustrated here.

Same problem here.
I was having some problems in February, but I changed card (from debit to credit one) and I actually managed to buy two games.
Now I'm unable to do anything, even with credit one. And I'm still being charged for doing operations with it! (It's 0,5zl in my currency.)
It's highly frustrating.

Same issue for the past month or so...
I've been buying stuff on PSN for a few years now without problem. The last time it worked was mid-December 2011.
This is the ONLY place my credit card info does not work, and I do ALOT of online purchasing...
Blaming a credit card's AVS (Address Verification System) and saying "the authentication system is picky" is no excuse! Sony does not seem to be taking any of these extremely valid complaints seriously. I find it VERY hard to believe that hundreds of other places have no problem accepting my CC info, and SEN cannot.
Is anyone from Sony actually reading this and passing the message on that there is a real problem here?
If only a few us wanting to purchase things are complaining, imagine the money they are losing when you include the people who aren't saying anything. Any game developper reading this (I'm looking at you, makers of Journey, since many folks have been discovering this issue while trying to purchase your game!!) should be incenced at Sony's complete ignorance of this major deficiency in their system.
There must be a way Sony can figure out where the purchasing/wallet funding process is rejecting clients and fix it!
Thank you for any useful info you can provide, Sony.

Tried to buy Gotham City Imposters today, got the error and went here. Seems like a lot of people have been getting this problem. I just dont understand why Sony can't fix this problem, even though it has been here for several months.
