I have use a redeem code on my ps3 and it comes with error 80023102, i tryed to download a demo same error, e try to see my download list its empty, WHATS GOING ON????? REALLY IS ALWAYS PROBLEMS AFTER PROBLEMS SONY? Guess i lost my redeem code cuz when i try to put it again it says invalid, and thats how sony work, efficient and quick....

Yeah, I´m from Norway and have the same problem with 80023102 error code. Bough FFXIII-2 Today and tried to use the redeem codes. No luck because of this! I´ve had the same problem since 02.02. Damn PSN sucks! And Sony has made no comment about this what so ever! F**** you Sony! I´m a PS(r)Plus user and paid for better costumer service then you show! PS3 + Sony has a BAD REPUTATION and it´s getting WORSE! Buuuuuuu!

Im with Zapachna666 on this one, next generation I'll also be jumping ship to Microsoft. Sony has let us down once again!

I posted a message here in the same thread 2 days ago because I have had the exact same problem as all the other users in this thread.
But today, after about 5 days of error code 80023102 the download suddenly works again for me, including a game I bought during the time of the error code, but could not download before now. I can also see and re-download all the other downloadable content (DLC) I have downloaded during the last couple of years from PlayStation Store.
So it certainly took a while, but at least it was fixed in the end. At least it was fixed for me.
But I still think that Sony could do a better job of proactively informing their customers of technical problems, instead of trying to keep the problems secret for other users --- which is the distinct impression I get as a user. As far as I know Sony has not publicly informed of this problem anywhere, and only after I was able to find a contact email address (which was in itself somewhat of a challenge) I was able to get a reply a couple of days ago saying that Sony was working to solve the problem.

well im from Europe - Estonia so i have ö ü õ ä but i cant enter them cuz there arent no country named Estonia!!!!!!!!!!!! WHAT THE ***** PLAYSTATION????

It would be best to speak to your local / closest PlayStation Support Centre team to discuss possible solutions to this issue.
You will find phone numbers in the back of any game manual.
