I bought Rainbow 6: Vegas 2 from the store & started the download. It went for 13 hours and then my ADSL cap was reached, I tried to reset my router to my work ADSL & continue the download, BUT got a message "there was an error during download" and the link in my 'network' menu dissappeared?!
How do I get a refund to my online wallet? The file was over 7Gb and takes too long to download.

Sorry to hear of the difficulties that you're having with your download. Even if the download was interrupted it should still be available in your download list.
You can pause a download then restart it which would prevent your download limit been reached.
You can also request a refund to your PSN wallet, however we would normally only issue a refund if the product is faulty. To request a refund contact your local PlayStation Support
