My ultimate team has started working.
This is the steps I followed:
Scroll over to Network from the Xross Media Bar (XMB).
Scroll up and select Internet Browser.
After the browser opens, press the Triangle button.
Select Tools from the Options menu.
Select Delete Cookies and Delete Cache.
Select Yes to confirm
Install online pass again
Wait 10-15 mins and then try the game
This worked for me
