Any suggestions please? It says incorrect or expired code. Does the store need to be updated before I can get this to work?

The code is likely not *yet* able to be used, rather than expired or entered incorrectly.

These codes are expected to be redeemable later on.

Hey there,

 

To add to helloaircrash - the codes were activated on Tuesday night.

If you are having issues since then, it may be wise to check the code is valid and relevant.

 

On your disc / spine of the case, can you see BLES? If not, it means your game, and therefore redemption code, it not for use with an AU / NZ PSN account.

 

If you've checked this and it's still not working, call us and we can check on the code for you.

I understand the volume of people trying to get into this service also crashed Activision / Infinity Ward servers.

 

Such a big game there will always hiccups like this... relax, it'll be fine. :Sniper:

It would be best if you contact your local Support Centre for assistance if you believe your account has been compromised.

 

You'll find the numbers in the back of any game book you have.

What should I do if I have an Elite Premium MW3 code that expired? I contacted Activision and they wouldn't give me a new code. So can Playstation tell that my code has never been used, and issue a credit to download the Membership Package? I have the reciept with the code and amount paid from GameStop if needed.
