I recently got Assassin's Creed Brotherhood for my PS3. The version I had contained 'exclusive content' with a code for the PS Store to download the content. The instructions say to go into the game, into 'Extras' then into 'Exclusive content' where you will be taken to the store to input the code etc. Upon trying to do this, a message comes up saying, "Online service is disabled on your Playstation Network account due to Parental control restrictions." The same message occurred when trying to access multiplayer.
We (meaning me and my parents) then went to 'Settings' in the PS3 main menu, down to 'Security settings' and then into 'parental controls.' The parental control restrictions were turned OFF (so it should let me change anything.) Then we signed into the Master Account, and checked the parental control settings for my account. The parental control settings here however only control chat and monthly spending. Chat was turned on and monthly spending is irrelevant. After this we tried again, but the same message appears. What do we need to do to allow me to download the content and play multiplayer? We have looked around on the Internet, and on the PS Webster, but no solution is clear. Anyone got any help?
(Please note where the exclusive content is concerned, the code says that it is single use only, so if it doesn't work I will be slightly screwed and will have to try and find a way to directly contact PlayStation, not just these forum things, so please be sure it will work.)
Btw I'm in the UK if it makes any difference

If the Master Account holder (your parents) contact PlayStation Support they can request that the online restrictions are removed from the Sub Account which will allow you to access the online content.
