I'm in the same boat as everyone and I am really frusterated. I created a ticket about the problem and requested a refund, which I guess will get denied but I am hoping that I am covered under the Australian laws here.

Whoever said Australia can play is lying. It's currently 4pm in Melbourne and I have yet to be charged, updated or even allowed to download the remainder of the game. All that shows on the PS store is the pre order... which leads to a dead link. How long until UK offices are open again? At this right, I'll be playing on the 2nd/3rd.

I woke early this morning to play ni no kuni (downloadable) and turns out "game data didn't install properly". According to some people sony forgot to include a 16 gb download. The only reason I bought it on psn was because my game shop had to order in new copies because it was gonna be sold out launch day and I couldn't wait, But now you are telling me I have to wait an unknown amount of time to get the dumbass problem fixed. I PAYED AN EXTRA £10 FOR THIS GAME ON PSN. ATLEAST GIVE ME BETTER SERVICE
