Issue with Qriocity

I tried the 30 day free premium trial of Qriocity about, oh, 30 days ago, and decided I liked it enough to subscribe. Thing is, the program still seems to think I'm a premium user, and refuses to give me the option of paying. I wouldn't mind so much, except Qriocity is only offering me 30 seconds of each song, which kinda sucks. How can I fix this so I can get access to full songs?

PS: I originally posted this in the "Music and Live Events" forums section, but got no response, and I thought technical support would be more appropriate anyways, so I reposted it here. Sorry 'bout that.

Sorry about the panic. It seems to be alright now. I was still subscribed as a premium member, and the transaction was trying to perform automatically, and I think it was just an issue with my bank account. Still, it seems strange that it didn't tell me what was wrong, and try to offer me an alternative or something; as far as I could tell, it just stopped working. Meh.

Listening to Dire Straits now, so I'm a happy chappy.
