Where to contact sony?

So i cant find on this website where to contact sony, i have an issue (Red light of death) I know RIP my ps3. But where can i contact sony?

I found an ask questions thing, sent one of them so that should do it. I shouldnt have to ring them to talk to a machine I should just be able to email them surely

you have to ring them
you dont talk to a machine you talk to a person who needs to verify your details and run you thru some trouble shooting and advise you on your options

If you'd bothered to read the responses in this thread, you would have found the numbers. They are also conveniently printed in the back cover of any of your game manuals, and in the manual that came with your PS3. If you're still too lazy to read the thread or any of the manuals, I will cut and paste the numbers from the post in this thread for you.

Logic defeats you... Are you not more likely to get an automated response through an email rather then calling someone? Yes you talk to a machine at first to be put through to the right area but the support staff are indeed human....
