3d display problems

hi do not know if my problem is between many pages and I have not really long enough to see, so this is the case I have a 3D display and for now will not start when I try to use as light a regular light blue light then passes green indicating that this on but does not show the screen (can not see anything) and then after about 5 seconds goes to a flashing red light when it is off that the difference is q is now flashing, I need help with that that I can do.

Please use plain text.

Re: 3d display problems

I'm sorry, I don't understand what you're trying to say. Are you saying you're having a problem with the PlayStation Display, or a PS3?

Hi ppluco,

So when you turn the display on the green light shows but there is no picture? Have you gone through each of the channels just to check, I would also try a number of HDMI devices to check the issue doesn't lie there.

When did this issue occur, did the signal suddenly cut out, or was it when you turned it on?

Rabid

Re: 3d display problems

if your ps3 is flashing red light then it might be dead

try switching it back on and look very carefully at the light sequence , does it flash yellow for a split second , if it does then its dead im afraid

Re: 3d display problems

I apologize for my poor English, but the problem is not my ps3 is my 3D display that is not working, my ps3 works great

Re: 3d display problems

From reading the instructions, it works like a normal monitor and will not do anything unless it has something connected to it and switched on. For example, the PS3. Are you trying to turn it on on its own?

Re: 3d display problems

If your Display is not working though I'd suggest taking it back and getting a refund as it's under warranty. The numbers are available here for customer support if you'd like a replacement: http://community.eu.playstation.com/t5/Technical-Help/Contact-Us-Playstation-Support-Number/m-p/3751...
