A Series of Unfortunate Events

Hi.

Okay, I created this account purely to ask this question, as I am not a play station user myself. My brother created his PSN account, but he created the account using an email address that doesn't actually exist. This wouldn't be a problem, but after the last upgrade or whatever he then changed his password into a password that he can't remember. So now he can't even log in here to ask this question himself. Basically, is there any way I can talk to someone, an actual person perhaps, who has the ability to change both his email and password without actually having access to either? He can log into his account on his ps3 but only because he saved the password he can no longer remember.

It may be simpler to just create a new account, but you try telling that to my teenaged brother who doesn't want to lose his tenth prestige on COD.

Thanks so much for any help,

yours,

a very frustrated sister.

Re: A Series of Unfortunate Events

you can try - Playstation Customer Service Number UK:0844 7360595 Eire:0818 365 065 New Zealand: 09 415 2447

if he made up the email addr, did he actually *ahem* get his age wrong too?

because if so, he may not get very far...

* YLOD? * *PSN Connection Problems?* *Blu Ray Problems

And we weren't even testing for that..

Re: A Series of Unfortunate Events

He will have to call customer services 0844 736 0595 (UK) other countries phone numbers are listed at the back of game manuals.

Make sure he has a new valid email address available when he calls and they'll probably ask a few security questions to confirm the account is his to help him retrieve and edit it.
