AV Multi out cable options

Hey,

 

Does anyone know if it's possible to get a AV multi out to HDMI or DVI cable, or if this is even possible?

 

The reason is, I have 2 montoring systems which I regularly switch between, a ceiling mounted projecter, and a LCD TV.  My PS3 is hooked up to the projector via HDMI, and to the TV via component from the AV multi out; but I've been having a lot of problems with the component signal.  It's colours are way too vibrant, and it's a bit noisy.  I think is probably because of the length, which is about 7 metres.  Also I get some powerline problems with it, i.e. when the compressor of my fridge kicks in,  I get a momentary black screen, which I'm looking into cause it's a bit worrying. 

 

I don't any such problems with the HDMI, so it would be great if I could use the av multi out as a second hdmi or dvi.  So, does anyone know if it's even possible.
