Technical Help

Wondering if anyone has had this problem.

Watching Blu Ray Movie, switched console off.

Went back to use console couple of hours later and no picture through HDMI or sound, just blank screen?? Have phoned Sony helpline and all they have suggested is an exchange of the unit which is god of them to be fair, but agro. Wondered if anyone had a trick to defeat said problem. (Can get signal on normal scart line)

Any Help??

I take it you have checked your HDMI cable connection on tv and ps3 is good?
Also make sure their are no kinks in the cable.
Maybe even try another cable incase thats the problem

the tv is picking up a signal (dont know if all tv's do this but it says no input when no source on HDMI)

the screen is just blank, tried another cable and its the same

Seems to be a time resolved issue as is now working fine again
