Can i Upgrade my Account?

Ok so i used my big brothers Ps3 since launch i now have my own. been using it for a few weeks fine. tried to buy a PSN game and cant add money to my wallet cause i dont have one. im only a sub account under my brothers account on his PS3.

 

can i upgrade this to master?

 

cause theres no way in HELL i am going to make a new account and loose EVERYTHING i already have. but i really really want PSN stuff.  if i ant upgrade my account this is AWFUL by sony why the hell not (im angry because someone told me its not possible)

 

if it is possible can someone explain?

if its not possible can someone explain why the hell not?  For what reason is it like this? arent sony loosing out. i cant pay for stuff on PSN so that some of my money there missing out on. and im sure im not the only one.

 

also will they ever update it so eventually i can update it? 

 

im 19 i shouldnt have a stupid restricted account

no, it is not possible :smileysad:

However.
If you add a master account to your PS3, you could purchase PSN items with that, which would then be available to other users of the PS3 (ie you).

NOTE though, that some games (ie games developers, not Sony) are not very good at working out how old you are, and won't allow you to play games even although you are old enough, purely because you have a sub-account :smileysad:
