Can't download anything and cannot update games error 8001050F

Hi I have recently been experiencing some problems when trying to download things on my PS3 also I cannot update games and it just comes up with ERROR CODE 8001050F can anyone help

Hi woakster,

 

Unfortuantely the error code 8001050F indicates that your PlayStation has suffered a system failure.  The next step would be to contact PlayStation Support for further assistance.
