Cannot Add Funds

Ok, so i decided to buy the new MW3 Map pack, all is well, go to the store, go to comfirm the purchase, then i get error 80023102. I then check my billing information, i re enter card details and adress and it says it succesfully updated, now when i go the add funds part of account managament again, i get the same error, try again and i get "Card information on file is not valid". This is starting to get on wick, i have money in my account and the card is working.

Any help?

there is maintenance being carried out today , once it is finished u should be able to add the funds with no problems
