Connecting to the UGC server in inFAMOUS 2

I'm 16 years old and want to connect to the UGC server of infamous 2 but every time I try it says something like you haven't been connected due to parental control chat restrictions. I have turned off the parental control on my PS3 system but it still doesn't let me connect. Any help?

Hi M-A-Khaki,

 

Sub Accounts are restricted from accessing certain online content due to age restrictions.  This can be turned off.  The Master Account holder (normally your parents) will have to contact PlayStation Support and request that the parental restrictions are lifted.

 

Once this is done you will be able to access the Infamous 2 UGC  content.
