Disc spinning while the PS3 is idle

When I'm not playing a game the disc on my PS3 doesn't seem to go idle, it keeps spinning fast, it's running 3.15 firmware, anyone experiencing the same problem?

Additional info: it semms to be fine with some games like Dirt 2 or HAWX, so I guess is something to do with the buffer or the way how these other games work (NFS Undercover and 007 QOS).

not that I've experienced either, but are you talking about the Hard Disc, or the blu-ray (game) disc?

* YLOD? * *PSN Connection Problems?* *Blu Ray Problems

And we weren't even testing for that.. :Thumbs:
