Thanks for the quick response!

However it's now saying I bought the Valvatorez avatar, thus I can't redownload it to get the one I originally purchased and if I want to do that currently I'd have to buy it again.

I have had an update from the store team on this issue:

They have identified the users affected, who do not have the correct Disgaea 4 avatar when downloading Flonne. They are looking to add the correct character to the download list of these users.

When more information is available as to when this will be done, I will update.
