Download List on Replacement PS3

[ Edited ]

sony has apparently changed the game share rules now only 2 systems are able to use certain games which creates a problem for me because my current ps3 is my 2nd and my first was sold to a friend with the condition that he could use my account now however my current system is showing major problems freezing and not reading blurays and games until system is on for at least 20 mins, i need a new system but i cant deactivate my first account which is apparently the master account, i can get 3 people to deactivate their systems but the first is the key and i cant get ahold of my friend and i have spent at least 2000$ on buying psn games and full games online, and add ons and such, how can i buy a new system and be sure i can use the games i have paid for because new rules now apply? such games like infamous 2 and other full games are only able to be used for 2 systems does the first system automatically count as one of the ones that can be used? i have let 5 systems use my account thinking that this wouldnt change is there any way that i can buy a new system and make that my master account with my current psn id?

Re: download list

there is no game share rule m8 its against sonys terms to share accounts and games , the activations are for consoles u own not so your friends can get freebies

its because of people like u that the account limitations have been placed on honest rule obeying customers

good luck trying to wriggle out of this mess

i hope u lose your account and the dlc u have basically pirated to all your tight friends

Let the others come after us. We welcome the chase

You'll need to deactivate all your currently activated systems before you can use your account on your new system. You can find out how to do that here.

As for what you tell your friend, that's down to you but you should never have sold it to him with that condition in the first place. As McNeilio said, game sharing isn't (and never has been) allowed. The systematic and widespread abuse of the activation system you have been involved in is the reason account activations have been limited to 2 for everyone.
