Downloaded episode 20 the clone wars season 1 £1.89 receipt recieved but item not downloaded

I have downloaded episodes 19,20 and 21 season 1 of The Clone Wars Season 1 at £1.89 each I have received a separate receipt by e-mail for each purchase but only episode 19 and 21 downloaded how is the possible. I have checked on the downloaded items, the video waiting to be down loaded and the network store but there is no sign of episode 20. Please can you advise me on what to do . Purchased by Braderzlfc18 order no 3054942544 on 30/04/12

Call up sony customer support and explain your situation, they should be able to help you out

Because of licensing laws the content can only be downloaded once. This is why you see a different colour of shopping bag next to those purchased items, and why they don't show in the download list. Call them up, explain your issue and hopefully they can re-enable the download for you :smileyhappy:
