I downloaded Firmware 1.92 today and since it installed I have no access to my Internet Browser or PLAYSTATION Store.

It says 'A connection to the server could not be established' and gives the Error Code 80710003.

Anybody shed any light on it. I havent had to ring Sony in 12years but will have to do so twice in 5 days now for this and a Store Wallet problem last week.

If anybody has the same issue as me, I was told to Delete Cookies in the Internet Browser to resolve it. It worked!

hi there, got a wierd problem

was logged in and playing warhawk last night, but then came home, tried to log in and the psnetwork, says

'an error has occured, you have signed out of playstation network
(8002AA08)'

and now it wont log into the EU log in i got.

tried it on me US account, and it logs in straight away?? very strange,

can anyone help please

what about 8002AD23? ever since i bought warhawk, i keep gettin randomly signedout of the psnet! im getting extremely frustrated as this happens all the time (not just when im on warhawk), and my download speed has been terrible lately, im an aol user any help?

hi,i am starting to get the message your connection to the playstation network has timed out and have this error error code: 80710003.i connect wireless to a bt hub as i am with bt for my internet.has anyone else had this problem?

gazla-i am having the same problem, its not just error code 8002AD23, i am an aol user, aol uses bt lines/servers watever, if anyone else has this problem, give us as much information as you can, it helps. my psnid: ROBYER1

I have that 8002AA08 problem too, its when i try to sign into PSN or access the PlaystationStore. i know its not my internet as i can use the internet browser fine.
its only started happening since i updated the firmware.

is anyone able to help,i am still getting signed out of the playstation network for no reason just timed out but i can use the web browser.why have people posted that when they use american account it works fine is this just a european issue.we have been getting the short stick of everything recently and the psn might be free but when it signs you out of ranked games or doesnt let you access the psn store its pretty useless.can someone please help is sony working on this issue?
