Hi,

I have been trying to set up a PSN account for my son. This is a 'sub' account to my master account. I have gone through the process using the ps3 and get as far as the 'confirm' button below the screen summarising the details entered. I then get either a server time out message or 'An error has occuresd. (8002314A). My account is active and working (or I wouldn't be in here typing this) and my son is giving me a hard time because he thinks it must be my fault he has no account. Can anyone tell me why I get this error code and what I can do to resolve the problem?
