Hello,

I'm having a problem with my FIFA 10 when I play any match with both controllers on. When I'm using just one of them everything is fine but if two players play the game freezes after like 3-5 seconds. After that I have to quit the game by the PS button. Same thing rarely happens also when I play FIFA 10 online. My system is fully updated and it's only 2 months old (and it's PS3 120 GB Slim).

To be completely exact - we now realized that the game freezes exactly in the moment when Player 2 starts to move. If P1moves and P2 only stands somewhere and doesn't do anything then it doesn't freeze at all.

Guess there's something wrong with the DVD.

I have the exact same problem. At first i thought it was because i was using PS2 controller as my second controller. but i tried later with my friend's Ps3 controller and the game freezes when we try to play together. i donot have any problem connecting online. My system is exactly like yours too. 120Gb lite bought about a month ago. is this because of the game disk or is there something wrong with the console itself? Can anyone help.. because this sucks as i cant play with my friends at home

i had the same prob the game would freeze on my when i score a goal why dose it do that?

i am having exactly the same problem.

i have the older ps3 (not slim) but is in perfect condition and up untill 3 days ago i was able to play FIFA 10 with 4 players however now whenever 2 or more players play it freezes pretty much straight at the kickoff.

we have to quit the game and start again. i have recently done a system update so im not sure if it was that or the fact that ive played a few games online.

Please help me or let me know how to fix this problem (its only a problem on fifa 10).

i'm having a similar problem where the game freezes randomly during 2 player exibition mode and also on manager mode when trying tocreate a new game but was fine whilst playing single player online. i have the older ps3 and have had it about a year. Is this a problem with the disc? or some kind of playstation bug? Any help appreciated, thanks

Well I started having the same problem about 3 weeks after I bought the game! I have an 80g original ps3. And before those 3 weeks I was playing fine with 1,2,3, and or 4 players. It's started freezing BEFORE I updated it, and kept on AFTER the update! To tell you the truth I have no idea what's the problem! I've notice that it's just with that game.... Totally weird if you ask me! But n e ways! After trying different steps time after time after time, my brothers and I finally manged to play together (4 players) without it freezing. Here's what we do step by step! And this seems to work! 1. Turn on your ps3 2. Everyone who's going to play get ur controller. 3. Who ever ends up with controller #2 change it to a different one, and leave contoller #2 spot off (nobody have #2) Example, if 4 people are going to play. One person can have controller 1, another can have controller 3, another can have controller 5, and the other one can have controller 6. ANOBODY CAN CHOOSE ANY CONTROLLER THEY LIKE, as long as #2 is left off. Even if it just 2 people playing, one can have #1 and the other can choose any but #2. When my broter and I play, we always do this and it seems to work fine I hope this helps you out, I know it does help me. And I also am clueless as to what causes this. And im not about to play no $100+ to Sony to send my ps3 in and get it CHECKED!

That happens to me, i can play 1 player fine but when i wanna play two player i start he match the cuople of seconds later it freezes

wat can i do please help
