Same thing happens to me. It gets really fustrating.

We're going to switch the FIFA 10 with a new one. Hopefully we'll get a new one. This incident occurs when the game starts and player 2 cannnot move. And in the worst cases the PS button does not work at all. So then we have to resort to swithcing off the console manually.

Mine was purchased on last Friday and its 120gb slim.

Many people have had this problem - and resolved it by setting the second controller to be number 3 before starting the game.

Press the PS button (on 2nd controller), select assign controller, and change to 3 or higher

hi, i had the same promblem, so i created a second account on my ps3, on my first account i downloaded ultimate team after that the problem started happening, on my second account i didn't download ultimate team and it has been workin perfectly so far, so i'm guessing its the ultimate team pack!!!

Do you need 2 eye cameras when palying in 2 player mode?  

I have just ordered the eye camera package with controller so not sure how it works.
