Fifa 11 Ultimate team problem

Hi,

 

Pretty basic problem here. I bought an item from the FIFA ultimate team store, had funds taken out of my account for the purchase, but was disconnected from EA's servers before I could actually see, or get, any items in a limited edition pack. So basically, is there any way I can get my money back - I still have the receipt emailed to me.
