Hello,

I'm having issues with the free game download.

The games did not appear on my playstation network, so I used the account management method to download my first game.

It is in the process of downloading now, but when I went to cue to second game it told me I didn't have permission to download it. I exited in and out of the account management system and it now tells me I have zero games available.

Do you know how I can download both of my free games?

Try looking at 'Download List' under 'Transaction Management' as you may have already purchased two games without realising.
