Hey guys,

I'm freaking out right now, I let one of my old friends go on my account to play some games and he's gone and changed my password and my email! I know all the details the account! My address, phone number, playstation! Everything is linked to it. But I can't recover it because they've changed the email?

Please get back to me ASAP!

I would suggest asking him what he changed it to.

Also would suggest not game sharing. You let control of your account to someone else, basically giving it away. So it wasnt really stolen.

If he is your friend, he should be able to give you the details.

Please don't post your email address on the forums. This does not help with your account security.

I must advise that giving your SEN account details to *anyone* is not only against the Terms of Service. It also can lead to exactly the scenario you are describing.

That said, no account details can be discussed or amended via the forum.

Please contact your local PlayStation Support Centre and they can assist.

Obviously not that great of a friend, if he changed it?
