Back during the summer I bought into the Play! scheme Sony announced, worst decision ever since I bought the PS3. Payday the Heist & SF3 were the flagships of that package for me, Payday being promised at the start of October. October came & went without Payday, and I actually had to hear it from ign.com that I, living in Europe, wouldn't be getting it in October while the Americans would.
Then I started to try & find any contact info to contact Sony about the issue. All I've been able to find is a post address and my letter sent to that on the 17th of October has not been answered yet.
The game is out via PSN in EU & UK (I'm on the UK store) now for 5 days, still now word about how or when I'm getting my copy that I bought into via the Play! offer.
Can somebody help me, if nothing else just point me to where I can find the e-mail for customer service on the PSN. Until I have my payday I'm not buying anything else released by Sony EU, the 35-70 pounds wallet funding I buy every month ain't happening and I'm in the middle of contemplating wether to migrate to the american store & start importing all my games from USA, or to drop Sony altogether, after 16 wonderful years of gaming, & migrate 2 PC which seems to be the only gaming platform that doesn't take pride in screwing with their loyal customers.
