I cannot sign in using another user's sign-in ID (email address)

[ Edited ]

My current PSN ID is photo_hagop and i want to change the region of it but its is impossible, so  I made a new PSN sign-in ID and i've been trying to sign-in on my playstation but unfortunately it says that I cannot sign in using another user's sign-in ID (email address).
Is there any way that i can get rid of that message and sign in with a new other PSN ID??

I really appreciate your help

Hi photo_hagop,

Each SEN Account requires a unique User on the PS3 system.  So trying to login to your new account on an existing User will not work.

Sign in with a User > select New User > Select Sign Up for PlayStation Network > Use Existing Account.

Then simply enter your new SEN Account details.  Each SEN account you have now has a corresponding User on your PlayStation 3 console.
