I sign in to psn and 5 mins or less get signed out HELP

I sign in to the playstation network and start playing online, before I can finish an online match I get disconnected from playstation network. This has only started happening yesterday and has worked fine before then. When I get disconnected it says, an error has occurred you have been signed out of playstation network (8002AD3D) if anyone knows what is happening please reply I would appreciate it greatly. Thank you

same here - it'll let you sign in now and then but then kicks you after approx 5 mins?
