Merry xmas folks. I got the headset today for xmas, and its been charging since earlier. I've come to now pair it with the PS3. I've done as the instruction manuel says, PS3 system on plugged in. It says to press and hold the power button, i've done that and the power button will give a flash of green every 2 seconds. Despite this i've attempted to register it with my PS3, i've gone to scan it and it remains on scanning and nothing else. I left it for about 20 mins still nothing. So any help will be appreciated thanks.

have you held the power button in long enough? with mine i had to hold it in for around 10 secs before it started the pairing process...

Is it plugged into the actual headset or the docking station?

You register with either usb or bluetooth. You don't do both, so thats why it won't show up in a scan.

You need to plug it into the actual headset, flip the small rubber cap off on the top of the headset and plug the usb into that.

Also if you pair it via USB you don't get the XMB notifications about the headset status. To the OP, PSN me if you need more help, since your on my friends list.

Yh you do. Press power button once to open notifications
