OMG i got it.. for everyone have this problem still this is how i did it. its one of the most stupidest things but say if your buyin somethink for £10. add 2 x £5. and it works. really stupid yeah!! Just try adding a smaller sum of money and repeat it untill you have as much as you need in your wallet.

Hope this has solved everyones problems cuz it used to **** me off

the only problem is most games are something like £xx.99 and u can only put on £5s, i dont really have the money to have spare on my psn account. yes im poor. laff call me a noob and all the rest

yeh i got same problem funny enough happened after the system update i jus try to go back on ps network surf sum downloads wouldt even let me back on jus poped up the error code i havnt even bought or registerd any details yet never happened b4 dont know what to do.

Guys, I got this message too. I'm pretty sure its just the large number of people trying to get the maps and cloging up the servers. If you keep trying to buy, eventually it'll work. Well it did for me. Happy hunting out there!!

i had this error today the 80023102 and im not happy as in my download list i have 8 stimilus packagaes i never bought due to the error and 1 i know about.

what happen was i went onto playstation store click buy now follow the normal steps click on comfrim purchase then the error appeared the only option was to cancel which i did then i tried again no luck. once i looked up the error i change my details like the xxx etc on the billing information and tried it again it worked. but now in my download list on playstation store i have 8 stimilus packages thanks to the error.

and im worried that i have bought it 8 times even when the error appeared and the transaction never went through on my screen.

can someone plz comfirm that i haven't bought it 8 times and if i have  how can i contact sony to sort this problem as it clearly wasn't my fault.
