what is a ppoe and why wont it let me finish the diagnostic tests without one. my friend says he hasnt got one so why is it asking for one ? please help pleassseeee

PPoE means Point-to-Point Protocol over Ethernet. Not sure how to solve the problem, maybe this will help.
