Rang them again this week. The customer services staff come across like they really couldn't care less.
They left me with the comment "We'll have a look at it, if you don't hear anything in 7 days you might want to call again." - No sense of urgency, ownership of problem or customer serivce. I've spent hundreds of pounds on PSN content and you'd think I'm a customer they would like to keep happy.

I called sony support in Russia and they told me to send an email to the tech support. I send an email on email@example.com about a week ago and still got no answer Am I doing something wrong ?
