PlayMemories Studio issues

I've downloaded the new PlayMemories Studio app but every time I have used it, it constantly starts to 'look for photos' on the PS3 HDD but never loads anything. Then when the app is closed down it crashes the PS3 and restarts it.

 

I'm guessing PlayMemories should be able to access the photos stored on the PS3 and so this must be some sort of issue with the app, any ideas how to get it working?

Maybe rebuilding the database will help it find the photos :smileyhappy: Give it a shot and see if it works.

Hi Adwil24,

 

The PlayMemories App should indeed be able to access photos currently stored on your HDD. 

 

You can try deleting and reinstalling the app, also rebuilding the database as suggested by strangeplaice.
