Please can someone help me with a prob that no one seems to be able to

My son has a brand new psp streets. I also got him a sandisk pro duo 8g memorycard (used, off trademe but cheap), which I have formatted. The thing is the PSP will save lego batman and mod nations no problems but when it comes to his ATV offroad fury pro game it will not save. It says 'there is not enough space u need 512kb , would u like to delete to make space?' even though it shows there is over 7g of free space left. Any suggestion or advice on who to contact about this would be much appreciated:smileyhappy:

Did you format the card using the PSP? If you formated it using a PC, copy all the data back to the PC and reformat the card using the PSP.

Also make sure you check it for viruses. It's unlikely that a virus will infect a PSP but it can screw up a flash card that was used in a PC.

On a side note which may have nothing to do with your problem: Memory cards and USB sticks do not last forever: they have a finite number of write-cycles which get used up over time. Also, there are many counterfiets on the market which do not last as long or perform as well as it says on the label. Never buy a used one and only ever buy a new one from a reputable retailer (and even they get stung from time-to-time).

For sure try what Rand has suggested, he is pretty spot on.

If the problem persists contact the seller of the card and see if they offer any type of warranty.
